Christopher grew up on Long Island, NY and Hyannisport, Cape Cod.  He graduated from  University of Vermont in 1976 and moved to Breckenridge, Colorado where he built houses.  Mr. Williams earned his Masters of Architecture from the University of Colorado in 1981.
Christopher Williams has over 25 years experience in initiating, developing and completing
successful residential, commercial and resort architecture and interior design projects. Mr.
Williams has lead his design teams implementing plans for projects ranging from 10,000 square
foot million dollar beach front resort homes in Hilton Head, South Carolina to entire city block
multi-million dollar mixed-use urban redevelopments in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and
Denver, Colorado. He also lead a team that wrote Design Guidelines for Old Colorado City, an
historic neighborhood in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Since founding CF Williams Group in 1984,Chris continues to lead diverse design projects such as:
  1. corporate interiors for TCI and Liberty Media
  2. renovation and restoration of a 5,000 square foot, 1906 Neoclassical home in Boothbay, Maine
  3. an historic stone residence on Mosquito Island, Maine
  4. the renovation and restoration of the Silver Spur, an historic ranch near Saratoga, Wyoming
  5. 5 million dollar private horse barn and indoor riding arena in Douglas County, Colorado
  6. restoration and renovation of a ranch and private residence near Elizabeth, Colorado
  7. renovation of a hunting lodge complex on Spencer Lake in northern Maine.
  8. multimillion dollar beachfront home atPauoa Beach on the big island of Hawaii
  9. 2.2 million dollar custom home for the Colorado Parade of Homes
  10. 2 million dollar log resort home in Winter Park.
Chris is a registered architect in Colorado, New York, Maryland and South Carolina.
When he’s not working,  you can find him sailing, playing tennis, skiing, travelling.
